Kling, M.D Dr. Kling received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame graduating magna cum laude, and his Doctorate of Medicine from University of Buffalo. Dr. Chris Kling received training in internal medicine in Buffalo, NY at Sisters of Charity Hospital. He then completed a dermatology residency at St. Louis University, serving as the Chief Resident in dermatology during his final year.   Prior to opening Town Center Dermatology, Dr. Kling practiced dermatology at the St. Luke's Hospital campus. He is a board certified Dermatologist, and member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgeons, and St. Louis Dermatologic Society. He serves as an advisory board member for several pharmaceutical companies and he speaks nationally on clinical dermatology to physicians and many community groups.   He sees patients of all ages for most common medical skin conditions, and is trained to provide the latest cosmetic treatments available including Botox®and a variety of filler materials for unwanted facial lines.   He is married with three children and lives in Wildwood, MO.         Allison Brown, NP-C, RN Allison Brown is a certified Nurse Practitioner experienced in General Dermatology. She began her career working as a registered nurse at Shriners Hospital for Children, where she cared for post-operative pediatric patients for 5 years. She also spent some time working in gastroenterology and medical-surgical nursing. During her years as a registered nurse, she became inspired to become a Nurse Practitioner, as she loved learning and expanding her skillset and abilities.   She attended Maryville University’s Nurse Practitioner program, where she began developing a passion for dermatology. She dedicated many of her clinical hours to dermatology during her years of pursuing her advanced degree. After graduating, she began working at a private dermatology practice in St. Louis. She cared for patients of all ages with common skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, warts, and molluscum. She also assisted in surgical procedures, such as Mohs surgery.   Allison is passionate about patient-centered care, developing rapport, and determining the appropriate individual needs of her patients. Sheworks closely with Dr. Kling, reflecting his practice style and sees patients both together with Dr. Kling and independently, but always collaborating as a team to care for patients in a cohesive approach.   Allison lives in Kirkwood with her fiancé and their dog, Chopper.           Julie M. Preston PA-C Julie M. Preston is a certified Physician Assistant experienced in General and Cosmetic Dermatology. She was a charter member of the SIU-Carbondale Physician Assistant program in 1997. She has been working in Dermatology since graduating in 1999.   Julie has worked closely with Dr. Kling since 2017, reflecting his practice style and sees patients both together with Dr. Kling and independently, but always collaborating as a team to care for patients in a cohesive approach. Julie sees patients of all ages for the most common skin conditions including acne, warts, molluscum and eczema. She also has years of experience injecting Botox and dermal fillers.   Julie lives in Chesterfield with her husband.         Meghan Mantych Meghan Mantych is our licensed Medical Aesthetician with several years of skin care experience. Meghan has extensive training and experience in pre and post-procedure skin care treatments including chemical peels (for unwanted pigmentation and sun damaged skin) , microdermabrasion, acne treatments and pore cleansing facials as well as laser hair removal and waxing for unwanted hair in all body locations. She loves to educate her patients on how to properly care for their skin to maintain the benefits from their skin care treatments.
