For routine calls and prescription refills, all requests should be made during our regular office hours so that our staff may have the benefit of access to your medical records. Directions To Our Location   From Saint Louis City or Mid-West County via Highway 40 (US 64) Westbound: Take Clarkson/Olive exit 19B. Turn left to go south on Clarkson 4.6 miles past Chesterfield mall to Manchester Rd. (Hwy 100) and turn right to go west 2.4 miles on Manchester Rd which becomes Highway 100. Turn left at Taylor Road(5th light past Clarkson) then right at the next stoplight onto Main Street. Our offices are located on the second floor of the 2nd building on the right, just past Walgreens. The street level of our building has Indigo Joe's and Table Three restaurant, next door to the Wildwood Hotel. Please park in any available spot on Main street adjacent to the building or in the parking lot on the north side of the building and enter the building lobby at the green and white striped awning. Take elevator up one level to 2nd floor, and our office is immediately to the right - the frosted doors at the end of the hall, Suite 201.   From St. Charles crossing river at I-70 or 264/Page: Take I-270 south to Hwy 40 westbound and follow directions above.   From Ofallon/St. Peters crossing river on Highway 40 Eastbound: Take exit 14 to merge onto Chesterfield Airport Rd and at the first light by the Phillips 66 Turn right at Olive St Rd to go past the Rombach pumpkin farm and Olive winds around for 2.4 miles and up a bluff to become Eatherton Rd/Route 109. At the top of the bluff go straight thru a stop sign at Wild Horse Creek and continue for 4.8 miles on 109 until turning left onto Highway 100. Less than 1 mile turn right at the light onto Taylor Road then right at the next stoplight onto Main Street.
